We serve the best authentic Thai food by using only the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes. Our dishes are prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure that each one is full of flavor and aroma. We also use authentic cooking techniques, such as wok-frying and steaming, to bring out the best in each dish. Our menu includes various dishes from all regions of Thailand, including curries, stir-fries, noodles, and more. Our chefs are highly experienced and passionate about their cuisine, and they strive to create the most delicious and authentic dishes.

From humble beginnings in Manhattan to explosive growth, adding two more restaurants, Mama Pam has now relocated her business and recipes to Las Vegas! Pam Panyasiri opened her first restaurant, Pam Real Thai, in 2001 on West 49th Street, Manhattan, New York, and her brand has thrived ever since.
